Greyhound racing is a legitimate, recognized American sport with a National Fan Base. GRA's volunteers issue press releases and responds to media requests on a daily basis.  Our 800-hotline, our Delaware mailbox, and our informative web site all require funding for these purposes.-

Promotion of Responsible Greyhound Ownership

By virtue of their visibility in the media, Racing Greyhounds have become one of the most popular dogs in America. While the height of a Greyhound's career may be its years on the track, or its role in valuable breeding programs, interest from racing fans does not stop there.  GRA/America promotes responsible ownership from birth to Retirement, encouraging new people to enter the Sport through approved Adoption programs and by contributions from within the industry to assure a great life for the racing dogs that make our sport worthy of the public's support.

Protection of Greyhound Racing
